We recommend you contact your insurance carrier directly to verify Dr. Dana McGinty (Internal Medicine/Primary Care) is in-network. Please note that even if we accept your plan, not all procedures are covered.

Please bring your photo ID and insurance card to your first visit.
You will be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of your visit. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
If you have a HMO and want to see Dr. McGinty as a Primary Care Physician (PCP, please call your insurance company and have them register Dr. Dana McGinty as your Primary Care Physician.
Due to the ever-changing health insurance laws and regulations, we cannot guarantee that all provided services we provide will be covered by your insurance policy. If your insurance does not cover a service we provide, you will be responsible for the charges. Payment of these non-covered services as well as any co-payments are due at the time service is rendered.
Deductible Payment Policy
NEW PATIENT VISIT – We collect $175 at the time of service for patients who have medical insurance policies with deductibles. If you are unsure about your policy, please call your insurance company to find out whether your policy has a deductible and the amount.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS – We collect $100 at the time of service for patients who have medical insurance policies with deductibles. If you are unsure about your policy, please call your insurance company to find out whether your policy has a deductible and what the amount.
Refund Policy
In the event a patient is owed a refund due to an overpayment, that refund will be returned to the patient by crediting the original credit card, mailing a check, or credited towards their next office visit.
Self-pay Patients
Patients may also pay cash for all services.
Fees for services are as follows:
New patient visit: $175.00
Established patient follow-up visit: $100.00
